We are excited to introduce Cradle to Career Colorado as an expansion of the Rocky Mountain Partnership’s work, uniting efforts statewide to ensure every young Coloradan has a pathway to thrive—from early learning to career readiness. This initiative is rooted in the need to reduce fragmentation by aligning statewide efforts around policy, data-driven goals, and shared targets across the state.

Our commitment to the initial goal of 71,000 more children and young people meeting Cradle to Career milestones by 2030 goal in the north metro region is just the beginning. Cradle to Career Colorado is dedicated to aligning resources and partnerships, so that together, we can open doors for young people and families across Colorado.
